Cascarilla
(sweet bark)
* Acts on the digestive tract; constipation.
* Aversion to smell of tobacco.
* Inclination to vomit very marked.
Stomach
- Hunger after meals.
- Desire for hot drinks.
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Pain in stomach as from a shock.
- Pressing colic.
Rectum
- Constipation; stools hard, covered with mucus. [Graph.]
- Bright blood with stool.
- Diarrhoea alternating with hard, lumpy stool, with backache and lassitude, preceded by
griping.
- Gnawing pain high up in rectum.
Dose
- First to third potency.
